Labor Day

Hope everyone enjoyed their Labor Day festivities. We were busy laboring on labor day. We even taught the kids the meaning of labor.

"Dude, where's my pants?"

Ah, nevermind.

"Psst . . . yo Bub, lets go hide behind the shed when they're not looking"

Last year, Grandma at the lake brought Bub a pumpkin plant to put in the garden. This year she gave him some sunflower seeds. I cannot believe how big those things got. Bub wanted to get a picture by his flowers to send to Grandma . . .

That's Papa's 8 foot ladder.

So what to we do with them now? Send us and email and give us some ideas, we've never grown sunflowers before.
